I'm Sarai Legaspi, a proud Latina entrepreneur, insurance professional, and founder of Reliable Insurance Brokers LLC.

My journey into insurance wasn't planned, it was discovered. Like many first-generation professionals, I was searching for opportunity. I faxed my resume to every listing in the newspaper, and when State Farm called, I had no idea that one opportunity would shape the next two decades of my life.

I began my career in Nebraska, navigating an industry where I rarely saw women or Latinas in leadership positions. Those early years taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of earning trust through hard work and integrity. Over the next 20+ years, I gained experience across multiple areas of the insurance industry, including customer service, underwriting, banking partnerships, agency operations, and business development.

What I discovered along the way was simple: insurance is about people.

It's about helping families protect what they've worked hard to build. It's about helping business owners manage risk and create stability. It's about giving clients the confidence to move forward knowing they are protected when life doesn't go as planned.

In 2015, I took a leap of faith and founded Reliable Insurance Brokers. Building my own agency was one of the most challenging and rewarding decisions of my career. Today, Reliable Insurance Brokers serves individuals, families, and businesses throughout Washington with a commitment to education, transparency, and personalized service.

Our philosophy is simple:

If I wouldn't recommend it to my own family, I won't recommend it to my clients.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my commitment to professional excellence, ethical business practices, and community engagement. I am passionate about helping underserved communities access the knowledge, resources, and protection they need to build stronger financial futures.

Outside of work, I am a wife, stepmom, and proud parent who believes deeply in family, community, and creating meaningful experiences. Whether spending time with my husband Luis, our children, or our two French Bulldogs, Yogi and Tiger, I value the moments that remind me why protecting what matters most is so important.

Eunice is a spirited and joyful soul who brings warmth, integrity, and purpose to everything she does. Raised in a faith-driven family devoted to serving others, she grew up in church, learning early the importance of compassion, community, and leading with love. These values remain at the heart of her work and life today.

She graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Eunice was on the path to becoming a full-time teacher, but when schools shifted to remote learning, her journey took a new turn. She joined Reliable Insurance Brokers as a personal assistant—initially unsure about the insurance industry. However, her natural curiosity and passion for people led her to earn her license and embrace a new calling.

Now approaching her five-year anniversary in the insurance field, Eunice has become a trusted and respected advisor. She takes her work seriously, never cutting corners, and is deeply committed to helping clients feel secure, informed, and cared for.

Outside of work, Eunice finds deep joy in family and the beauty of the world around her. Whether hiking through wooded trails, playing games with the kids, or enjoying a quiet sunset, she believes life is an adventure best lived with laughter, gratitude, and an open heart. Her family is her foundation—her greatest blessing and daily reminder of the power of love and meaningful connection.
